Go Back > Partially Filled Line Inspection in Flow with Streamer
This project was completed inside a 72” tunnel using a streaming ROV. The ROV was equipped with 2 ground penetrating radar masts to assess condition of the concrete and support structure on the crown and spring line of the tunnel. Video with high density lighting was also used, and the vehicle was equipped with sonar to image the underwater portion of the tunnel. The tunnel was monitored continuously with all sensors, and the vehicle was paused at points of interest for further inspection. This inspection was completed in a single 16 hour shift in very high flow situations allowing the customer to assess previously unreachable sections of their structure.
